Agriculture Conservation Experienced Services Program (ACES)
The Agriculture Conservation Experienced Services Program (ACES) is an Older Worker program funded through the US Department of Agriculture (USDA) Natural Resource Conservation Service (NRCS).  The program was established to provide an Older Worker employment program for persons 55 years of age or older, through the NRCS.  These older workers provide technical assistance for NRCS’s conservation services and operations throughout the U.S., Puerto Rico, the Pacific Basin, and Caribbean.  The ACES program is administered through a network of non-profit organizations whose primary services target older workers.

Once accepted to participate in the ACES program an Enrollee will work in part-time and full time positions.  These ACES enrollee’s assist the NRCS in their natural resource conservation activities.
